A magical sound experience led by Candida Valentino and Michael Ormiston. It is an honour to receive their mastery of Mongolian Khoomii overtone singing, symphonic gong baths and Tibetan singing bowl Meditations along with kirtan chanting

 

Introduction to Overtone singing workshop led by Michael & Candida

This workshop is open to anyone who wishes to explore the harmonic nature of their voice.

No singing experience is needed, just open ears, heart and mind.

 

Learn to play Singing bowls (part 1) led by Michael & Candida

10am to 1pm Sunday July 2nd 2017

at Nutmeg Nest, Oakengrove Yard, Gaddesden Home Farm, Bridens Camp, HP2 6EZ Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.

Tibetan singing bowls ring with a mystery beyond words. In this first workshop, Michael and Candida will lead a bowl meditation. They will then go onto demystify and clearly teach the basic playing techniques

 

Therapeutic Singing bowl techniques (part 2) led by Michael & Candida

2pm to 5pm Sunday 2nd July 2017

at Nutmeg Nest, Oakengrove Yard, Gaddesden Home Farm, Bridens Camp, HP2 6EZ Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.

In this second part, Candida and Michael will share their knowledge of the therapeutic nature of Singing bowls.

They will explain how to set up a personal meditation/ relaxation, self- massage, group sound journey

and how to use the bowls for a therapeutic sound massage.

A rare performance by Hyperyak who are Michael Ormiston, Lawrence Casserley, Simon Desorgher, Jeff Higley

And Trionys who are Pianist Rainer Bürck, percussionist Martin Bürck and violinist GünterMarx combine electronic synthesis and live processing with their acoustic instruments
